- Custom Domain Data: DNS records and SSL certificate metadata for custom domain routing.
- Usage Data: Browser user agents, referring URLs, and timestamps of redirection.
- Location: IP addresses processed to determine country for analytics.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to track anonymized usage patterns.
- Bio Page Information: When you create a bio page, we collect and store the information you choose to publish, which may include your display name, title, biography or description, profile image, links, social media URLs, selected theme, appearance settings, and other content you voluntarily provide.
- Public Bio Page Information: When you publish a bio page, the information you choose to publish may be publicly accessible through its Quick2go URL or through a custom domain connected to your account. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to publish this information.
- Profile Images and Uploaded Assets: Profile images and other assets uploaded to a bio page are stored on our infrastructure and processed to provide the bio page service, including image conversion and optimization where applicable.
- Bio Page Analytics: For published bio pages, we may collect and aggregate information about visits and interactions, including date, country derived from IP address, device type, referral/source information, and whether traffic originated from a QR code. This information is used to provide analytics to the bio page owner and to operate and improve the service.
- Publicly Published Content: Content that you intentionally publish through a Quick2go bio page or custom domain is intended to be publicly accessible. Once published, it may be viewed, copied, indexed, cached, or shared by third parties. Removing or unpublishing content from Quick2go does not guarantee that copies maintained by third parties will immediately disappear.
- Infrastructure Providers: We use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform, which may include cloud storage, hosting, email delivery, analytics, DNS/SSL management, payment processing, and image processing services. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and subject to applicable contractual or legal requirements.

- To generate usage statistics and analytics for your links.

6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain account, link, bio page, analytics, domain, and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain legitimate business records. When you delete a bio page, its associated page data and analytics are deleted from our active database in accordance with our deletion procedures. Uploaded assets associated with the page may be removed separately from our storage systems. When a custom domain is scheduled for deletion, associated bio pages and other resources may remain subject to the applicable grace period before permanent deletion.
